Saturday 2nd August 2014 was the date for the 'Bring your parent to Judo' funday, held at Thurlbear Primary School.

Just look at the smiles on the faces of both children and parents as they enjoy participating together.  I know it was a pleasure to teach and run, I hope I can run more of these sessions in the future with more parents 'getting involved' on the mat!

Thank you to all those who turned up and participated it made it a lovely fun afternoon.

This summer we are limited on the amount of fundays we can run due to building work at schools.

The first one we have scheduled (possibly the only one), is at Thurlbear Primary School on 2nd July 2014.

This summer we are trying something different, 'Bring your parents to Judo day'!  That's right - bring your parent to Judo so they can have a go on the mat with you.  They will be taught how to safely land, roll, throw and hold.  They will NOT get hurt.

This day will have a minimum amount to run so please book your place soon.  

Prices are:

• Children full-day - £20
• Child half-day - £10
• Adult half-day - £10
